1c Advent and Christmas

2020 is – – – different!
Luckily, (most of) the children don´t know the difference between this year and a normal year with outings, VBS activities involving all 4 classes, singing Christmas songs and a big Christmas celebration with the parents a few days before Christmas…
But we had a good time nevertheless! After the November lockdown with distance learning and Zoom meetings…

…we re-started…

…with quiet Advent mornings, and Nikolaus had left a basket with goodies for everyone:

We even had a „Boardgame Day“ on the last day of school…

…and Christmas presents for the teachers were presented by the children:

Like most people at the moment, we are hoping for a return to „normal times“ in 2021! The children have been brilliant, and if anything, they have grown with the challenge.
